Jobs
1.Design & implement Induction Training program to ensure every new employee properly inducted
2.Work with IE & Production to develop Training programs for operators in order to make operators reach operating standard of production
3.Evaluate training effectiveness & ensure continuous improvement made.
4.Implement annual training plan to ensure expected training effectiveness delivered & report on implementation results
5.Maintain employee training record, provide training data and prepare related presentation materials
6.Identify training needs & construct training plan/profile
7.Design and deliver training
8.Maintain performance appraisal records, provide data & report as necessary
9.Assist training manager to do the training needs analysis
Qualification
1.University graduate, major in psychology or HR related preferred
2.3 years’ working experience in HR or training related area
3.Good English skill
4.Good presentation skill & communication skill
5.Good organizing & coordination skill
6.Good computer skill in Microsoft office application
7.Passionate in training & coaching
8.Service oriented, high integrity, dynamic team player and open minded
