• prepares comprehensive customer visiting, managementad hoc reports under observance of a time limit.
• promotes features, advantagesbenefits of groz-beckert productsrelated services.
• provides information e.g. technical information, brochures, etc. to customersdealers according to their demandneeds.
• manages, handlesresolves customer complaints based on an effectiveservice driven approach.
• securesdrives positivesustainable buyer-seller relationships.
• recommends changes in product features, servicespolicy by evaluating resultscompetitive developments.

• completed textile engineering education, or university degree with textile background, or compatible working experience would be an advantage.
