to guarantee the follow up of orderspush suppliers/head office to be under the schedule；
確保必須在時刻表下完成大貨跟單業務；
to ensure that the suppliers are following properly our requirements process, quality control, lab-tests...
與供應商保持良好溝通，并確保供應商按公司要求完成任務（流程，質量控制，測試等）
to ensure the delivery of the goods on timebe able to offer short time delivery
確保準時交貨，盡量縮短交期；
to establish a goodefficient communication with our suppliers,your colleagues.
與公司同事及買手建立良好的溝通關系；
to set up a propercomplete file in case of claim with the suppliers in order to give all the accurate information to your manager
確保良好的存檔記錄，以便解決與供應商的糾紛，并及時向上級領導提供精準的信息。
requirements:
任職資格：
you have 1 to 2 years＇experience in garment industry
1-2年相關工作經驗；
you are detailedrigorous in your work load.
嚴謹，細致的對待工作；
effective communication with factory techniciansproduction managers in china.
與工廠技術人員及生產經理保持良好有效的溝通；
you have experiencestrong s to solve problemdifficult situations.
具有卓越的解決問題的能力及經驗；
you have basic computer ss with software word, excell…
熟練運用常用辦公軟件如word, excel 等；
you are fluent in english compulsory
英語熟練。
