Shandong May-Star textile and Garment Co., Ltd. is located in Zhoucun, Zibo, Shandong which is famous as a historical and cultural city, Our company was founded in 2011, mainly focuses on leisure fabric and garment production and sales, covers an area of 70.000 square meters and building area of 50,000 square meters. Zhoucun is close to the Jinan-Qingdao highway which own convenient transportation and rich logistics resources.
Our Main production line is divided into two parts. The fabric production line including dyeing, weaving, and finishing, can produce 20million meters per year. Garment production line includes cutting, sewing and washing with annual output of clothing 2 million pieces.
80% of the companys equipment is imported from foreign advanced equipment. We have three rope dying lines and two slasher lines for the dying process. For the weaving machines we own 160 sets jet loom and48 rapier looms. And for garments production line we have more than 600 different kinds of equipment from brothers, Juki and Pegasus. We also own equipment for heat setting, flat finish and fabric over dyed. At present we are moving to the new place and more equipment is on the way to the new mill. With this equipment we can supply many kinds of denim including printing, knitting-like, over dyed, sanding, coating, jacquard and other kinds of denims.
Nowadays our company has about 400 employees and more than 100 technical staff including dying weaving finishing engineers and quality control. Most of them are own more than 20 years’ experience for denim production.
