position summary
we have several vacancies for the position of technical services engineer / application development engineer, which provides application & technical support for customers in sea regionwill be located in sea countries such as vietnam, bangladesh, indonesia, pakistan, thailand, etc., respectively.
job responsibilities
• support the business growth by leading the work between marketing, sales,r&d teams to execute technical or application issue solutions. answer technical inquiries to marketing / sales / customer,provide on-site technical support
• collect market intelligence of competitive products, undertake testing / evaluation for a product by related product knowledgeprocessing know-how
• responsible for the sales growth of new products through technical backup on customer evaluation,liaison with the r&d on new applications
• training for sales teamdistributors on product / application knowledge 
• technical verification for claimscomplaints
• provide presentations in key exhibition, technical seminar, conference, etc.,technical advice / consulting services for pr activities  e.g. news for internet media, etc. 
key requirementsss
• professional background in textile chemistry is the first priority
• basic requirement is a minimum 5 years textile industry experience working as an application / services engineer for leading textile auxiliaries company or multi-national companies 
• technical people or expertise who are working in leading textile mills can be considered as well 
• several years of practical experiences in the field trials, formulationsapplication of textile auxiliaries is an advantage
• ability to work independentlybe able to communicate ideas effectively in commercial, researchmanufacturing environments
• fluent in speakingwriting english
